Sit-Down Party Review
This is just a heartfelt "THANK YOU" to all those who attended and supported that little sit-down party we had to welcome Mr. & Mrs. Hiew, aka Jeff & Grace ;) to our little family.
It started out as a rainy day. As predicted, the scheduled 6pm turned into a 7pm. Which, by the way, is the norm for us Malaysians. =p Luckily, everyone managed to get here safely and with growling stomachs too!!! I was just delighted to be on the sidelines observing how welcoming everyone was towards Grace. Indeed, it really reminded me about us when we were back in high school. The commaradie and bond that we all share right up to this day which never seems to fade away. Grace is indeed a friendly person. No doubt a bit shy at first but I'm sure the next time we all get together we would all be yackking about like little ducklings!
I thank you also for your honest comments on the food that night. I must say I really enjoyed preparing the night's feast along with the help of Selena and Tracy. No doubt it wasn't as grand like what you would find in hotels or anything, but I just wanted to give something back to you guys by the only way I know best - FOOD! =p Hehe..forgive me for my obsession with it. Hopefully we'll be able to have more of such gatherings! Hugs & Kisses to all of you!
